Resolved Question: Places To Have A Movie Marathon Party (Other Than A Home)?

So I want to have a movie marathon party on October 30 this year . It's a little far in advance, but I want to make sure I get a place . It would also be a birthday type thing since my birthday party is on October 2nd . But anyway, I don't need a HUGE area or anything . It'll be like 20-30 people . And I want to be able to have an area to set up a buffet, and I want to be able to make an area really comfy for the movies (The Stepfather & Jennifer's Body) . Any ideas for places ?
